    The project carried out by Gamma Innovation involves the selection and training of young ICT talents to specialize in the Salesforce CRM system, both as Developers and Business Analysts. The initiative combines graduate recruitment activities with targeted training programs, aimed at developing advanced technical skills and ensuring the necessary preparation to operate effectively within company teams and the ICT market.

    Approach and methodology

    The project involved a structured program for the selection and training of young graduates with diverse aptitudes, aimed at specializing in the Salesforce CRM system. The initiative included both technical roles, such as Developers, and business-oriented roles, such as Business Analysts, ensuring comprehensive preparation to operate within company teams.The training program, delivered by certified instructors, combined theoretical lessons, practical labs, and operational simulations, with the goal of providing in-depth skills and a recognized certification for at least eight participants. In this way, the young talents were prepared to become immediately operational in the ICT market, contributing effectively to the client’s projects. Thanks to this approach, the project combined targeted recruitment, specialized training, and certification, creating a group of professionals ready to meet the company’s strategic needs.

    We were tasked with identifying, selecting, and training a predefined number of young graduates with diverse aptitudes, to specialize in Salesforce CRM, both as Developers and Business Analysts. The Academy must ensure certification for at least eight participants so that they can become immediately operational in the ICT market.
