The solution includes dual-path dedicated MPLS links, redundant disaster recovery systems, and PBX for managing telephone traffic, supported by specialized technical services and customized SLAs to ensure maximum resilience and operational continuity.

    Approach and methodology

    The design and implementation of a dual-path dedicated MPLS network ensured secure and continuous interconnection across all group locations. To enhance resilience, the fiber-optic connectivity was made redundant through a licensed radio bridge, ensuring that each node was connected to different points of presence (POPs). The infrastructure also includes an advanced disaster recovery service, designed to minimize potential service interruptions. The entire system is supported by a customized SLA, with a second-level technical support team always available, guaranteeing reliable operation and high-quality corporate communications.
