Gamma Innovation developed a digital platform for the automation of banking processes, designed to manage a high number of processes and daily schedules. The solution was built with a microservices architecture, integrating a Web Application for real-time monitoring and coordination of the BOTs through an internal BPM. This approach allows for process optimization, improved flow control, and ensures the efficiency of the bank’s daily operations.

AUTOMATON – DBM (Dynamic Bot Manager)
Approach and methodology
The project involved the development of an advanced platform for banking process automation, carried out in Agile mode and based on a microservices architecture using Java and Springboot. The platform integrates a Web Application that unifies the functionalities of the various Control Rooms, providing real-time monitoring of BOT activities and centralized management of operational flows. Thanks to the internal BPM, the system automatically coordinates BOT activities, ensuring process continuity and reducing errors. The modular and scalable approach allows the platform to easily adapt to the bank’s needs, optimizing process management and improving the overall efficiency of daily operations.
The project was developed in Agile mode, featuring a microservices platform based on Java and Springboot, equipped with a Web Application for integrating the functionalities provided by the various types of Control Rooms and for real-time monitoring of BOT activities. The platform includes an internal BPM for BOT coordination.
