Business Intelligence Upskilling Academy
Approach and methodology
To meet the client’s needs, we designed and implemented an internal Academy dedicated to Business Intelligence, with a structured and modular training plan. The program targeted a group of resources selected directly by the company and included both theoretical and practical sessions, aimed at developing specific skills in data analysis and the use of the most common BI tools.In parallel, we introduced on-the-job mentoring activities to ensure the immediate application of the knowledge gained and promote experiential learning. This approach allowed the consolidation of skills and maximized the participants’ capabilities, providing the client with continuous support during the monitoring of progress and results.
We were tasked with setting up an internal Academy and organizing a structured upskilling program, with the goal of training a group of resources identified by the client on the key concepts of Business Intelligence and data analysis. We also supported the client in mentoring, supervising, and monitoring the resources on the job.
