RuneLab assisted in the development of the Minerva CQ project, an artificial intelligence-based platform designed to support agents in customer service for electric vehicles. The solution combines predictive algorithms, system integrations, and DevOps optimization through Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and simplified management of the cloud infrastructure.

Approach and methodology

The project involved collaborating on the development of Minerva CQ, an artificial intelligence-based customer support platform for electric vehicles. Our work focused on three main areas: the development of predictive algorithms, system integrations, and DevOps optimization through Kubernetes. These efforts made the platform more scalable and reliable, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted operations.
