Group-level governance
Our overall governance framework is guided by the Group Strategic Council, an elected body that provides direction and resources to the entire organization.
This council is responsible for critical decisions, such as acquisitions and strategic initiatives, ensuring a unified approach to growth and innovation.
Each member of the Group Strategy Council has equal voting rights, promoting balanced and democratic decision-making. In addition, the Shareholders’ Council plays a key role in group-wide governance, where voting rights are proportional to each stakeholder’s investment, ensuring that all voices are represented.
The group level ensures strategic direction and consistency in critical decisions.
Governance at the business unit level
At the business unit level, governance is tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each unit. A dedicated team of 3-5 members, composed mainly of Group governance representatives, leads each unit.
Unit operating partners are given special rights and responsibilities, enabling them to make key decisions about resource allocation, implement necessary changes, and guide their units to success.
This dual approach fosters agility, resilience, and innovation. It ensures that each unit can move quickly, adapt to market changes, and respond proactively to customer needs.
This model allows individual units to operate with autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with the group strategy.
