Group Advisory Board
Abacus governance is supported by the Group Advisory Committee, a body that provides counseling on the Group’s main strategic directions without being involved in executive operations.
The Committee helps ensure consistency and a holistic vision in the development of the organization, supporting management in endorsing the most significant growth and investment initiatives, including the strategic evolution of the operating model and the integration of key entities within the Abacus ecosystem.
A consultative and governance-oriented approach that maintains a shared vision and fosters coordination and continuity over time, while leaving full responsibility for execution to management.
Governance at the business unit level
At the business unit level, governance is tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each unit. A dedicated team of 3-5 members, composed mainly of Group governance representatives, leads each unit.
Unit operating partners are given special rights and responsibilities, enabling them to make key decisions about resource allocation, implement necessary changes, and guide their units to success.
This dual approach fostersagility, resilience, andinnovation. It ensures that each unit can move quickly, adapt to market changes, and respond proactively to customer needs.
This model allows individual units to operate with autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with the group strategy.
