Serena is Group HR Director of Abacus Group and leads the organizational development and leadership programs across the entire structure. For more than twenty years, she has supported public and private organizations through growth and transformation journeys, combining innovation, strategic vision, and a people-centered approach.
She has held senior leadership roles at Golden Group, Teatro Regio di Parma, and Right Management (Manpower Group), gaining solid expertise in organizational culture, performance, welfare, and change management. Today, she also supports the Umbria Region as a PNRR Project Manager and contributes to high-impact strategic projects.
Certified as a Temporary HR Manager and Innovation Manager, she is listed in the Italian National Register of OIV members. She has a multidisciplinary background in legal and communication studies, with advanced education at INSEAD and Harvard Business School. Her pragmatic and collaborative approach contributes to the integrated growth of Abacus’s federated model.
