    Altofare is an Italian industrial group in the high fashion sector, composed of several companies with heterogeneous management systems.

    Centralized DWH to consolidate the group’s financial and production data.

    Approach and methodology

    Centralization of data flows and creation of shared KPIs using Fabric and Power BI.

    ICE Italia Team created a centralized DataWarehouse in order to consolidate all financial and production data from all Altofare group companies. Through analytics systems, data warehouses, and data integration, a 55% improvement in data reliability was achieved, involving 12 integrated companies and 200 employees.
