    The company operates in international logistics & transport, shipping, supply chain and document management with improved CRM data quality.

    ICE has implemented a data integration and governance project aimed at eliminating information silos between CRM and the company’s logistics system.

    Approach and methodology

    A data governance system was implemented with integration between Dynamics 365 CRM and the logistics ERP system using Talend and Qlik. Automatic data remediation and quality control procedures were introduced.

    ICE adopted a structured approach based on analyzing existing systems and defining data governance rules. ETL processes with Talend and Qlik analytics tools were used to create integrated workflows and reliable dashboards. The project was developed through incremental releases and continuous validation with company stakeholders.
