    ICE automated the production reporting process by replacing legacy applications with a modern platform integrated with SAP.

    Approach and methodology

    An integrated solution with SAP R3 has been implemented, it can automatically generate daily reports and production KPIs.

    Customer needed to automate production reporting by eliminating manual processes and legacy systems.
    ICE Switzerland reverse engineered existing legacy applications and designed a new automated reporting architecture integrated with SAP R3.
    Using ETL and centralized dashboards, shared KPIs and automatic reports were defined and sent to production.
