Development and Integration of Strategic Architectures for the Euronext Group, aimed at unifying post-trade services for Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in Milan, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Porto. The core of the project involves Convergence, where the platform SMMS coordinates the flow of information between the CSDs and the European settlement system T2S, ensuring interoperability among heterogeneous systems. At the same time, the project CA4U centralizes the management of Corporate Action on an international scale, by integrating core systems Legacy (COBOL/CICS/DB2) Monte Titoli’s integration with the new market infrastructure. The initiative ensures the streamlining of operational processes and full compliance with European regulatory standards for various types of securities. CA4U (single corporate action platform for 4 Euronext CSDs: Milan, Copenhagen, Oslo, Porto): A project by the Euronext Group to build a single platform for managing corporate actions handled by the four CSDs (the Group’s central securities depositories: Monte Titoli-Milan, VP Securities-Copenhagen, VPS-Oslo, Interbolsa-Porto). The Perigea Group is participating both in the analysis of the impact on Monte Titoli’s legacy systems regarding the integration with the new platform (currently under development by a third-party company) and in the development of software components in a COBOL, CICS, and DB2 environment.SMMS (communication between the CSD and T2S as part of the Convergence project): This activity is part of the broader Convergence project, which aims to carry out a technology migration and streamline the workflows of the four CSDs (Milan, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Porto). Specifically, the SMMS project is designed to manage communication flows between the CSDs, T2S, and any third-party participants (CA4U) by sending and receiving events related to various types of securities.
