    ICE implemented a modern analytics platform for DESA customer, improving data accessibility and reliability, and also reducing data preparation times by 30%. Result measured on 40 new key users from 6 companies involved. The approach and methodology used included the Medallion Architecture Framework, centralized ETL processes, and user training.
