Margaret Desze is a Board Member of Abacus Group. With more than 35 years of experience in consulting and corporate finance, she held leadership roles at EY and PwC, where she led Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory teams across the CEE region.
A Canadian Chartered Accountant of Hungarian origin, she has overseen hundreds of M&A transactions and privatization projects, supporting international companies in strategic and investment decisions. She currently serves as an Independent Board Member and Chair of several Audit Committees, with an approach grounded in integrity, transparency, and professional rigor.
