What Is AI Readiness?
AI readiness refers to how prepared an organization is to integrate artificial intelligence into its processes effectively, measurably, and with proper governance. It depends not only on the availability of technology but also on a combination of factors involving strategy, data, integrations, skills, processes, and governance.
Assessing AI readiness means understanding which of these conditions are already sufficiently mature, which still require improvement, and, above all, which business processes currently offer the best conditions for getting started.
The goal is therefore not simply to assign a maturity level to the company, but to establish a foundation for decision-making: identifying where to take action, which priorities to address, and which conditions need to be in place before bringing an AI project into day-to-day operations.
